Selling Your Property…

On the sale or disposition of the property the Covenantor at its cost will procure a Deed of Covenant from its purchaser or assignee whereby such purchaser or assignee will enter into or execute a Deed of Covenant with WCML on terms and conditions acceptable to WCML, which Deed of Covenant will be on like terms to this Deed, including the obligation to obtain a further Deed of Covenant from any subsequent purchaser or assignee.

If you receive an invoice but have sold your property, please check with your solicitor to confirm that a Deed of Covenant was completed at settlement. If this was not actioned you will still be liable for any associated fees. We ask that your solicitor contact our office to finalize this requirement.

Please ensure that all fees are apportioned and settled in full prior to the sale of your property, as WCML do not issue apportioned invoices in-house.
