Our purpose is for the governance, upkeep, beautification, and administration of the canal environment and compliance with any associated regulations and consent conditions.
Who are we?
The Board consists of five directors. Three representatives from Whitianga Waterways and two representatives from the waterways community.
Compliance
A comprehensive set of rules, regulations and consent conditions are applied over the canals and adjoining land. Designed to protect and enhance the aesthetic’s and property values, while avoided conflict and maintaining harmony within the development.
